A Growing, Giving, Going, non-denominational, multicultural family of believers where God speaks, Holy Spirit is welcome, and Jesus is Lord!
GROWING into the full knowledge of Jesus and enabling the church to fulfill its destiny by growing each member of the family through Godly vision, teaching of God’s Word and pastoral ministries. Growing and nurturing individual believers to maturity in Christ Jesus resulting in a redeemed, restored, whole, glorious church.
GIVING praise and exalting Jesus as Lord through Holy Spirit inspired worship, praise and prayers. God so loved that HE gave His very best and we show our love for Him by giving our best: our hearts, time, talents, gifts and resources as an offering to Him.
GOING with the good news of the whole Gospel to every person in our city and local area, our nation and the world through: evangelism, leadership-training, planting churches, Bible schools, books and other printed materials, and sending missionaries and mission teams.
Purpose Statement:
God has called THE WORD WORK MINISTRIES, INC. CHURCH to serve His people through getting the Good News of the Gospel to them in Word and deed; because of His great love for each of us that was demonstrated when He gave Jesus to be the payment for our sin, and as a recipient of that great love we are to become carriers of His love to each person; and the power we live by is complete dependence and submission to the presence of Holy Spirit in each of us. We do what we see the Father do and we say what we hear our Father say.
Rev. Jo Ann says:
We are here to serve you and I believe that God has good plans for you and this area.
- God wants to demonstrate that The Word Works at all times in every circumstance in anyone’s life who will believe it and receive it as coming from God and not from man.
- God wants for every person to KNOW Him in truth and not religion.
- He wants the whole Gospel to manifest in the lives of people.
- He wants people to know and live in the fullness of redemption and to be restored and whole in spirit, soul, and body; and in their relationships.
- It is important to position the church as a family, rather than an institution. People do not have respect for “organized religion”; BUT people everywhere need the stability and security that God intended for families to offer.
- Everyone should have a church to call home – a place to feel loved and be a part of the family.
- Come grow together with us.
